He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Jasuirkowski and Sophie Jasuirkowski (Golebiewski); and his sister Nancy Apuzzo. He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Nicholas Apuzzo (Amy), David Apuzzo, Sheryl Schieffer (Andrew) and Suzanne Apuzzo; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Hayley, Ryan, Chloe and Jackson. He is also survived by other extended family members and friends.
