It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norine Catherine Withington of West Haven, Connecticut, born in New Haven, Connecticut, who passed away on October 15, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Victor Riccio and Catherine Codianne Riccio; and her siblings, William Riccio, Annette Sliby, Richard Riccio and Roberta Calandro.

She is survived by : her daughter Catherine Withington of Orange; her grandchildren, Craig Ingram (Kendelle) of Hanover, Christopher Ingram (Annie Smith) of Willington, Emily Ingram (Bill Marquis) of North Haven, Ashley Ingram of Orange and Nonnie; and her great grandchildren, Connor, Parker, Teagan and Wyatt.
