Smith (West Haven, Connecticut), born in New Haven, Connecticut, who passed away on October 24, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Edward M. Smith; her parents, William McCarthy and Marion Brennan McCarthy; her son Richard Smith; and her siblings, MaryAnne Battista and William McCarthy Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Regina Smith of West Haven, Terance Smith of Hamden and Kelly Dwyer (John) of Guilford; her grandson Kyle Dwyer; and her pet Sammie. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
