McGovern of West Haven, Connecticut, born in New Haven, Connecticut, who passed away on November 19, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Luke McGovern and Ann Withington McGovern; and his brother Luke J. McGovern. He is survived by : his wife Patricia "Patty" Ayres McGovern; and his brother-in-law Raymond W. Ayres (Fayne).
