He was predeceased by : his sister Glorian (Joseph Santini). He is survived by : his wife Elaine DiBiaso Lentine; his sons, Paul A. Lentine, Jr. (Stacey Fumiatti) and Mark D. Lentine (Sheryl); his grandchildren, Nicolas, Jake, Madison, Madelyn, Caitlin and Vincent; and his great grandchild Bennett. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
