Phyllis leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Phyllis’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Phyllis will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her husband Alec DiNello; her parents, Andrew Petrucci (Ralph) and Maria Petrucci (Cusano); her brother Anthony Petrucci; and her sister-in-law Elinor Petrucci.
She is survived by: her son Paul DiNello (Paula) of West Haven; her nephews, Paul Petrucci (Marge) and Michael Petrucci (Tina); and her niece Theresa DiNello. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and godchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Porto Funeral Home (830 Jones Hill Rd, West Haven, CT 06516). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Anthony Church (70 Washington Ave, New Haven, CT 06519).
