He is survived by: his daughter Annie Casalaina (Frank); his grandchildren, Anthony Campagnuolo, Jr., Filomena Casalaina, Bryce Hayden and Avery Hayden; his close friend Maureen Withington; and his stepdaughter Amber Hayden (Brian).
