He is survived by: his children, Ross Skinner, Jr. (Pam) of Olympia, WA, Jeffrey Skinner of Tacoma, WA, Thomas Skinner (Bev) of Flower Mound, TX and Pamela Roper (John) of West Haven, CT; his grandchildren, April Skinner-Chickering (Cat), Jessica Lindstrom (Brian), Andrew Skinner (Ari), Jacob Skinner (Andrea), Chris Roper, Jordan Skinner (Elaine), Cody Skinner (Ashley), Sarah Cipriani (Joe), Kelly Roper, Ava, Lucas Ross, Jett, Gianni, Wilder, Watson and Jade; and his siblings, Ralph Skinner, Lawrence Skinner and Mary Spicer.
