Ruth U. Howard Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth U. Howard of West Haven, Connecticut, who passed away on November 14, 2022 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Oberempt and Margaret Oberempt (Farrell); her husband David T. Howard Sr.; and her siblings, Marie Meskill, Nancy Beuhler, Eileen Greene, Viola Palmer, Margaret Oberempt, Bernard, Leroy, William and James Oberempt.
She is survived by: her sons, David Howard Jr. (Linda) and Leroy Howard (Elaine); her grandchildren, Sheri Roby (Dave), James Barbato, Josh Barbato, Rachel Howard, Morgan Howard, Jeffrey Howard (Chelsea) and Daniel Howard (Stephanie Russo); her great grandchildren, Paige, Mackenzie Roby, Cameron Howard and Haylie Spina; and her siblings, Letty Vitali, Rose Pysz and Paul Oberempt (Kathy).
