He is survived by: his children, Nicole Arbelo, Krystal Gorden and Tomas Pablo Otero III; his grandchildren, Arianna, Esteban, Anabelle, Isabelle, Marcos, William, Elena, Charlotte, Theodore, Aliya and Benjamin; the mother of his children Yvette Otero Seda; and his siblings, Maritza Otero, Gilberto Otero, Ines Otero, Milagros Otero and Anna Otero-Knox.
