She was predeceased by: her parents, George D'Alessio and Louise Ricci D'Alessio; her former husband Modestino "Albert" DeCaprio; her husband Harold Slavin; her daughter Eloise Pabst; and her siblings, Mary Cretella, George, Michael, William, Alfred and Roland D'Alessio.

She is survived by: her sons, Allan DeCaprio (Rosanne) of Branford and Anthony DeCaprio (Christine) of Ft. Myers, FL; and her son-in-law Christopher Pabst. She is also survived by her 9 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
