He is survived by: his wife Delores Horner; his daughter Michele Horner; his grandson Michael Horner; and his siblings, Alfred N. M. Horner (Alice J. Horner) and Antoinette Dunston.
Viewing will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Curvin K. Council Funeral Home (128 Dwight St, New Haven, CT 06511). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at the Evergreen Cemetery (769 Ella T Grasso Blvd, New Haven, CT 06519).
