He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Szczepanik and Arline Szczepanik (Arel); his children, Wayne Szczepanik and Weatherly Cowey; and his son-in-law Collin Lindeland.
He is survived by: his daughters, Wendy Meyer (Stephen), Wells Lindeland and Welby Szczepanik; his children-in-law, Holly Szczepanik and Thomas Cowey; and his sister Judy Graham (Philip). He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
