He was predeceased by : his parents, John Tassitano and Victoria Cortese Tassitano. He is survived by : his wife Nancy Izzi-Tassitano of Weston; his children, Justine Tassitano and Hunter Tassitano (Christina); his grandchildren, Jaxson of Danbury and Ella Tassitano of Danbury; his sister Dolores Spoto of Stamford; and his stepchildren, Lisa Mingolello of Meriden and Michael Augustine of Meriden. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
