He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Palumbo and Mildred Tirella Palumbo; and his siblings, Will and Catherine. He is survived by: his wife Carol Cognato; his daughter Karen Cornell; his son-in-law Ryan Cornell; his granddaughters, Annie and Grace Cornell; his sister Louise Palumbo Bennett of Norwalk; his sister-in-law Jamie Walters; his sister Susan; and his brother-in-law Jeffrey Culbreth of Georgia. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:15 AM at the St. Francis of Assisi Church (35 Norfield Rd, Weston, CT 06883). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at the Assumption-Greens Farms Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to St. Francis of Assisi Church in Weston, in honor of Ralph's years of faithful service to his beloved parish and faithful community.
