He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert J. Burns and Ella Burns (Pooch). He is survived by : his wife Carol Burns (Schultz); his daughter Kathryn Burns; his brother Peter Burns of Cape Cod, MA; his nephews, Todd and Jeff Burns; and his pet Oliver.
