He was predeceased by: his parents, Norma and Jack. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Peter (Lesley), Alexander (Dylan), Jon (Robyn) and Lara (Mike); his sister Gloria (Gerald); and his grandchildren, Scarlett, Brooke, Jordan, Jake and Astrid.
