As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Venkatesh may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his father Narasimha Makkala. He is survived by: his mother Indira Makkala; and his brother Hari (Marty).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Spear-Miller Funeral Home (39 S Benson Rd, Fairfield, CT 06824). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
His contributions to the medical world and community were with no end and will have lasting impressions.
