It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mario V Lisanti of Westport, Connecticut, who passed away on November 2, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Mario farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Mario is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He is survived by: his wife Carla; his children, Pina Petisi (Alex) of Rowayton, Giancarlo Lisanti (Shawna) of New York and Mario F. Lisanti (Stefanie) of Milford; his grandchildren, Wilson and Olivia Petisi; and his siblings, Tony, Vittoria Lisanti of Westport, Gerardo and Domenico Lisanti of Italy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
