Anne R. Doyle Obituary

We announce the death of Anne R. Doyle of Wethersfield, Connecticut, born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on October 25, 2026, at the age of 98. Anne will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Rodgers Doyle; and her parents, Robert Ryan and Mary Carey Ryan. She is survived by: her son Edward R. Doyle, Jr. (Ned) of Etowah, NC; her grandson Louis Sinclair; her son Peter T. Doyle (Margot Willis Doyle) of Westerly; her sister-in-law Rita Tramont Doyle of Newington; her nephew John Mulcahy (Chris Heath) of Naples; Brendan Coates (Jennifer Coates) of Castle Rock, Jenna Camacho (Alex Camacho) of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, John W. Doyle (Anne Field) of Richmond Virginia, Alexandra Kane Doyle (Alex Weintraub) of Germantown, Evan Rodgers Doyle (Elizabeth Doyle), Vera of Charlotte, Nicole Scruggs of Midlothian, Kristine Sweeney of Chesterfield, Virginia, James F. Doyle (Leah Healey Doyle) of Hoboken and Paul R. Doyle (Diana Saraceno Doyle) of Wethersfield.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Farley-Sullivan Funeral Home (34 Beaver Rd, Wethersfield, CT 06109). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the King Parish (601 Silas Deane Hwy, Wethersfield, CT 06109).

In lieu of flowers, the family has identified a scholarship that has been established in Nancy's name with Wethersfield Dollars For Scholars program.
