She is survived by: her husband Wayne J. Sassano; her children, Deidre Sassano, Phaedre Sassano (Gregg Wachtelhausen) and Wayne M. Sassano; her siblings, R. Donna Gagliardi, Peter D. Gagliardi (Amy) and Victor P. Gagliardi Jr.; her nieces and nephews, Lily DaCruz (Mark), Aurora Melita (Gus), Faith Gagliardi (Jon Lindblad), Donna Sturtevant (David), Emily Redmond (Kevin), Susan Perrino, Dr. Catherine Laney (Johnson), Mark, Steven LaCava (Rose), Michael Giovanetti, Peter Gagliardi (Dawn), John D. Sassano (Leila), John C. Sassano and Peter C. Sassano (Tiya); and her grandson Ethan Povey.
