He is survived by: his wife Virginia "Cookie" Koza (Murphy); his son Richard G.; his daughter-in-law Joanne Koza (Faenza) of Wethersfield, CT; his brother Raymond; his siblings-in-law, Ruthanne Koza of Horseshoe Bay, TX and Stanley Perkoski of Newington, CT; his nieces, Virginia Mikolowsky and Kimberly Koza Collins; and his nephew Kenneth Koza.
