She was predeceased by: her husband Frederick. She is survived by: her son Phil; and her caregiver Agnes. She is also survived by her sister in Japan; her cherished.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Hisayo's memory to Christ the King Parish in Wethersfield, or the American Stroke Association.
