He was predeceased by: his parents, Nerino Zaino and Antonietta Zaino; his sister Egidia Smarrelli; and his brothers-in-law, Mario Smarrelli and Mimmo DeLutiis.
He is survived by: his wife Nicolina Smarrelli Zaino (Maria); his children, Gioacchino Zaino (Jill) of Cromwell, Claudia Miller (James) of Wethersfield and Palmerino Zaino (MariaAna) of Wethersfield; his grandchildren, Jack, Andrew, Matthew Zaino, James, Julia, Emily Miller and Alexa Zaino; his siblings, Domenico Zaino (Lucia) of Rocky Hill, Berardino Zaino (Gianna) of Wethersfield and Rita DeLutiis of Italy; and his brother-in-law Riccardo Smarrelli (Nella) of Italy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Farley-Sullivan Funeral Home (34 Beaver Rd, Wethersfield, CT 06109). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
