He was predeceased by: his mother Sophie Rizzo (Milkowski); his former wife Lucy Rizzo; his sister Theresa Rizzo; and his nephew Carlo Rizzo. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Rizzo (Morgan); his father Richard C. Rizzo, Sr.; his children, Bianca Kalentkowski (Matthew) and Cameron; his granddaughters, Gianna and Ava; his brothers, Mark Rizzo, Nicholas Rizzo, Justin (Jenna) and Dillon; his grandchildren, Arianna, Noah, Naya, Anthony, Jordan, Austin, Mason, GiGi, Jack and Jaxon; and his great grandchildren, Messiah, Adonis and Tristan.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the D'Esopo Funeral Chapel (277 Folly Brook Blvd, Wethersfield, CT 06109). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Christ the King Parish at Incarnation Church (544 Prospect St, Wethersfield, CT 06109).
