It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rose (Dereniowski) Torbick of Wethersfield, Connecticut, who passed away on July 19, 2025, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Dereniowski and Caroline Malita Dereniowski; her husband Chester Torbick; her son David Torbick; and her siblings, Frank, Stanley Dereniowski and Sophie Sikorowicz.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa of Wethersfield, CT and Tracy Torbick of Wethersfield, CT. She is also survived by many nieces, nephew and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM at the Rose Hill Funeral Home (580 Elm St, Rocky Hill, CT 06067). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
