He was predeceased by: his parents, Emanuele Amato and Concettina Amato (Mozzicato); his sister Emanuela; and his brother-in-law Paolo Cassarino.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the D'Esopo Funeral Chapel (277 Folly Brook Blvd, Wethersfield, CT 06109). A burial was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 11:45 AM at the Cedar Hill Cemetery (453 Fairfield Ave, Hartford, CT 06114).
