He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Doll and Harriett McGovern; his sister Kim; and his friends, Tommy, Buster, Jack and Kris.
He is survived by: his significant other Annie; his children, Carl Hokans (Shannon), Alana Hokans (Nick) and John Doll (Antionette); his grandsons, Colin, Reed and Grant Hokans; his siblings, Ellen (Ken), Hank (Lori), Pete (Becky), Megan (Mark) and Allyson (Jon); and his friends, Paul Pronicki, Austin Shores and Mike Maurer. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
