With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Susan Leonka of Wethersfield, Connecticut, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sophie Fonfara Urbanik and Anthony "Tony" Urbanik. She is survived by: her pets, Coco Chanel, Shih Tzu, Riley Elizabeth and Pembroke Welsh Corgi; her husband Mark Leonka; her daughter Kristin Leonka; and her siblings, George Urbanik and Joan Urbanik Veilleux. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Susan's memory may be made to the National Kidney Foundation or to the ASPCA, two causes close to her heart.
