She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Dauphinais and Bernadette Dauphinais (Manseault); her husband John O'Hare; and her siblings, Victor Dauphinais, Edward Dauphinais, Anne Marie Sparmer and Mary Attanasio.

She is survived by: her sister Claire Acquotta of Windsor Locks; her children, Kathleen Dwyer (Patrick) of Skillman, NJ, Mary Kinley of Manchester and James O'Hare (Laura) of Oakland, CA; her grandchildren, John Hayes, Aidan Dwyer, Liam Dwyer, Maeve Dwyer, Caleb O'Hare and Lily O'Hare; and her great grandchild Samantha Maxwell. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
