With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Venilia Correira Rodrigues of Wethersfield, Connecticut, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 12, 2025 at the age of 92. She was predeceased by: her father Fernando Fernandes of Sousa; her husband Laurentino Ferreira Rodrigues; and her brother Francisco De Assis Correia of Sousa. She is survived by: her mother Isaura of Macedo Correia; her daughters, Carla Hawkins (David) and Isabel Reilly (Joe); her grandchildren, Kelsey, Michael, Isabel Hawkins, Joey, Carly, Lenna and Johnny Reilly; and her sisters, Maria Manuela Correia of Sousa Soares and Maria Júlia Correia of Sousa Silva. She is also survived by "Mother" not only by her children but also grandchildren, nieces and nephews, sister, godparents and grandmother.
