She was predeceased by: her grandfather Eliseo Ramos. She is survived by: her parents, Brenda Elizabeth Ramos and Angel Lee Perez; and her grandparents, Loida Ruth Ramos and Miriam Cedeno. She is also survived by loving extended family, including many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations in Victoria's name to the Connecticut Humane Society or The Women's Advancement Initiative at the University of Hartford.
