David Miller Obituary
We announce the death of David Miller of Willimantic, Connecticut, who passed away on November 3, 2026, at the age of 89. David will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. David will be remembered for the impact he had on the lives of those around him. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Those who knew David will remember moments of kindness, warmth, and presence. Though words cannot fully capture his life, the legacy of connections and experiences remains. David’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued his companionship.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Miller and Izalee Miller; and his stepdaughter Dawn LeMay. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Miller (Loiseau); his children, Michael Miller (Fritzie), Hope Pearl (Thomas Pearl) and Brian Miller (Tracey Miller); and his grandchildren, Kimberly, Jake, Angela and Travis. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Potter Funeral Home (456 Jackson St, Willimantic, CT 06226). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 12th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Thursday, November 12th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the West Street Cemetery (102 Lake Rd, Columbia, CT 06237).
