He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Marrotte and Martha Marrotte (Handfield); and his siblings, Edith Gaylor, Norma Marrotte (MaryAnn) and Edmond Marrotte.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia M. Marrotte; his children, Gordon E Marrotte, Jr. (Robin) and Dawn Porter (John); his grandchildren, Victoria Tanner (Nathan), Joseph Marrotte (Sydney), Mickayla Porter (Tim) and Ryan Marrotte (Alyson); and his sister Marty Lavoy.
