We announce the death of Joyce P. Sagal of Willimantic, Connecticut, born in New Bedford, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 3, 2026, at the age of 78. Joyce will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roger Perkins and Louise Perkins; and her brother Robert. She is survived by: her husband Raymond; her children, John, Nancy and Amy (Rene); her grandchildren, Benjamin, Emily, Andy and Ellie; and her siblings, David and Barbara. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews, and her dear friends.
