He was predeceased by: his wife Lucille; his siblings, Phyllis and Marvin; and his son-in-law Matthew Kaempf. He is survived by: his children, Dr. David Curland (Chrissie) of Ormond Beach, Neal Curland (Kelly) of Old Saybrook and Susan Kaempf of East Lyme; and his grandchildren, Seth, Matthew, Connor Christian (Deanna), Cameron (Paula), Caroline and Quynn.
