With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sonia Ivette Negron of Willimantic, Connecticut, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 4, 2025 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Juanita Benitez; and her brother Felix Del Valle. She is survived by: her sons, Luis Negron (Mary Rygielski) of Bozrah and Carlos Santos of Hartford; her grandchildren, Joshua, Isaiah, Andrew, Amaya and Neily; her sister Maria Del Valle Credle (Curtis Credle); her siblings' children, Latoya, Shantay and Jayquan; her brother Richard Darmetko (Marrah Rottino); and her nephew Noah.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Potter Funeral Home (456 Jackson St, Willimantic, CT 06226). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
