Stanley Paul Dugan Obituary
It is with sadness that the passing of Stanley Paul Dugan (Willimantic, Connecticut) is shared. Stanley, born on August 27, 1932, passed away on September 15, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Francis and Mary Helen Dugan (Nevel); his siblings, Paula Forsyth, Nell Langland, Paul and Thomas; and his siblings-in-law, Sharon, Paul Langland, Darl Lumley and Wayne Forsyth.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his children, Kevin (Matildes) of Santa Clarita, California, Susan of Mansfield, Connecticut, Michael (Jackie) of East Hampton, Connecticut, Dennis Mary Dugan (Missionary Priest) and Patrick of Mansfield, Connecticut.; his siblings, Connie Wiles and Terry (Beverlee) of Butler; and his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Macey, Mikhayla, Zachary, Anthony and Laryssa. He is also survived by thirteen nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Joseph Church (99 Jackson St, Willimantic, CT 06226). A burial will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 11:15 AM at the Saint Joseph Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that memorial contributions be made to Corpus Christi Catholic Parish, in support of the parish community that was so meaningful to Dr. Dugan. Contributions may be made through http://www.catholicwindham.org.
