It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Victor Rios Cuebas Sr. of Willimantic, Connecticut, who passed away on December 7, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Celestino Rios Lugo and Emelia Cuebas Mendez; and his siblings, Roque, Confessor, Clemencia, Cecilia, Felicita and Luz.

He is survived by : his significant other Barbara Cuebas (Allison); his children, Samuel Rios, Milagros Rios, Nidia Lebron, Robert Cuebas and Victor Cuebas Jr.; and his siblings, Thomas Rios and Ada Rios. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
