William left this world on February 3, 2026 at the age of 73, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lovely and Frances Lovely (Jenkins); his wife Brenda Lovely (Durandetto); his significant other Mary J. Woods; his brothers, Steven Parkmen and Michael Lovely; and his nephew Jaime Dancosse.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Cargo (Maria) of Connecticut, Heather Lovely-Fouse (Thomas) and Eva Mae Avery (Joshua) of Connecticut; his sisters, Andrea McCall (Joe Sullivan) of Florida and Kimberly Lovely-LaFlamme (Michel LaFlamme) of Connecticut; his grandchildren, Julianna, Benjamin Cargo, Nicholas Pennewell-Garcia, Jaden Etchison, Keira Lovely, Bryan Fouse, Thomas Fouse III, Isaiah, Ahviel Rodriguez, Cameron, Barry, Rilee and Sage Avery; and his siblings' children, Robert, Amy, Edwin, Wayne and Michael. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren and great-nieces and great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 10th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Bacon Funeral Home (71 Prospect St, Willimantic, CT 06226).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in William's memory to the Vietnam Veterans of America.
