Sophie Parizek Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 10, 2025, Sophie Parizek of Willington, Connecticut, born in Ashford, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband William J. Parizek; her son John W. Parizek; her parents, Sophie Kuchinsky and Nickolas Kuchinsky; her siblings, Alex, Nick, John, Walter, Nadja (Palacko) and Sonia (Knight); and her sons-in-law, Lawrence Barbieri and Douglas Benton.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sally Barbieri and Phyllis Benton. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and special friends.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc. (51 E Main St, Stafford, CT 06076).
In honor of Sophie's memory, the family kindly requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Willington Food Pantry.
