She was predeceased by: her parents, Alice Hitchens (Cohee) and W. Reese Hitchens. She is survived by: her children, Stephen Jorden (Tricia) of Farmington and Kathryn "Kit" Meyer (Peter) of Pelham; her sister Patricia "Patsy" Shaver of Tampa; and her grandchildren, Peter, Molly, Christopher, Graham, Sarah and Quentin.
