He was predeceased by: his wife Sandra Jane Buschmann; his son Robert C. Casey; and his mother Lucienne Didier Casey. He is survived by: his sister Jacqueline Bormann; his children, Laura Horrigan, Christine Baldwin, Daniel Casey Jr., Stephen Casey and Brad Casey; his brothers, Jim and Robert Charles "Bob" Casey; and his child Redding. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
