Dorothy J. Paqua Obituary

Dorothy J. Paqua, died on June 2, 2026 at Wilton Meadows at the age of 101. Born in Norwalk, the daughter of the late James and Julia (Bardos) Paqua, she was also predeceased by her brother Frank Paqua and sister Jacqueline Christiano.

She worked as a receptionist at Edwards & Co. until their closure in 1980, then at Swank, Inc until her retirement. She was a hardworking and family-oriented woman.

Dorothy is survived by her nieces and nephews, Cindy Christiano, James Christiano, Deana Paqua, and adopted niece Jody Pignataro.

She will be laid to rest in the family plot at Riverside Cemetery, Norwalk with a private ceremony.
