He is survived by : his family, Robbie and Julia; his wife Danielle Eric (Danielle); his children, Julia and Robbie; his siblings-in-law, Tom, Eileen Bianco of Trumbull and Nicole Berry (Tony) of Elk Grove; his brother Steve Ballentine (Donna) of Valrico; his stepsiblings, Sherry Ballentine of Brookville, Bob Ballentine (Cindy) of Longs, Sue Ford of Smyrna and Brenda Leuwerke (Randy) of Eldridge; and his aunt Nancy Ballentine of Brookville.
