He is survived by: his friends, Pavarotti and Cabernet Sauvignon; his wife Ebba Lavaty; his sister Judy Strauss; his close friend Jeffrey Strauss; and his sister Jane Cooke (Donald). He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
