She was predeceased by : her parents, John Waterbury and Helen Waterbury (Collins); her husband Ralph Giannitti; and her siblings, Edna, Dorothy, Helen, Dolly, Kitty, John, Edward and George.

She is survived by : her daughters, Carolyn Giannitti of Montreal, Susan Cortese (John) of Norwalk, CT, Jennifer Nash of Norwalk, CT and Laurie Leeney of Bridgeport, CT.; her grandchildren, Rachael, Briana, John Jr., Ryan and Brooke; and her siblings, Geraldine, Rosemary and David. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
