She is survived by: her siblings, Charles Joseph Jr. and Susan; her husband Richard Hofmann; her children, Rick, Beth, Tricia, John and Chris; her grandchildren, John, Will, Matthew, Andrew, Cooper, Emerson, Kezia, Alexandra and Isabelle; and her children-in-law, Stephanie, Elizabeth, Annalise and Adam.
