Serafina Polito Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Serafina Polito of Wilton, Connecticut, who passed away on February 6, 2026, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincenzo Melia and Eugenia Melia; and her brother Rocco "Nando" Melia. She is survived by: her husband Dominick of Wilton; her brother Nicola Melia; her children, Mary Jean Romeo (Gerardo Romeo) of Wilton and Joseph Polito (Christine Polito); and her grandchildren, Pasquale Romeo (Brookelyn), Rocco Romeo (Alexandra), Dominic Romeo, Sarah Romeo, Dominick Polito, Kiel Polito, Sophia Polito, Harry Polito, Georgia Polito and Matthew Polito. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
