He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Janis Bivins and Laima Bivins of Latvian; his uncle English; his siblings, Elga Bivins and Valdis Bivins; his friends, Hank Reed, Tom Hammon (Bones), Kaj Munic, Charlie Boucher, Randy Peterson, Jerry Hughes and Marsh Ryan; his granddaughter Julia Alicea; and his stepdaughter Tara Cramer. He was also cherished by cousins, aunts, and uncles.
